At NOMM Support Services, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we are committed to helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and live their best lives. 

 I am an engineering professional with 15+ years in designing, constructing and maintaining transport infrastructure in line with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). I have extensive experience in project governance, compliance to standards and codes, and quality assurance.

I have been part of standards development group that develops Australian Standards for Engineering and Safety that incorporate DDA requirements. I have managed and delivered multimillion dollar projects with in time, underbudget and meeting quality requirements. I have also helped several organizations achieve ISO certification.

My role is to develop and maintain a quality assurance system within our organisation that will enable us to deliver services that meet our clients needs.

 My name is Agnes. I am currently working as a Senior Therapeutic Coordinator in Residential Care for young people under the guardianship of the minister. My role involves the day to day running of a residential care home for young people and children, managing rosters, finances, liaising with social workers, support coordinators, mentors, and other stakeholders.

I have worked in the community services industry for several years. I have worked in aged care in meals preparation, as a therapeutic youth worker and a disability support worker. I also have a background working in the hospitality industry. My core values are hope, inclusion, empathy, acceptance, patience, respect among others. Working in community services is a rewarding role and I hope to continue building relationships and connections with clients and their families.

I have a Certificate IV in Disability, Diploma in Child Youth and Family Intervention and a Degree in Business and Hospitality Management.
